Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA, as amended by the CPRA), California residents have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of their personal information.

CCG Index does not sell personal information for money. However, our use of Google Analytics 4 may meet the broad statutory definition of "sharing" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To honor your opt-out request, the button below disables Google Analytics for your browser. The choice is stored in your browser's localStorage and applies until you clear it.

We also honor the browser-level Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If your browser sends GPC, analytics is automatically off and no banner is shown — no action needed on your part.

To submit any other CCPA request (right to know, delete, or correct), email [email protected] with "CCPA Request" in the subject. We will respond within 45 days as required by statute.

DMCA / copyright notices

CCG Index displays card images and metadata licensed from or made publicly available by Scryfall, the Pokémon TCG API, TCGPlayer, and other third-party catalogs. If you are a copyright holder who believes content on this site infringes your rights, please send a written notice to our designated agent at:

A valid notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3) must include:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
• Identification of the material to be removed and its URL on this site
• Your contact information (address, phone, email)
• A statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf

Counter-notices are also accepted at the same address. Repeat-infringer policy: accounts and listings flagged multiple times are removed. We reserve the right to forward notices and counter-notices to the Lumen database.

CCG Index aims to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA where reasonably practical. This is an ongoing effort — the site is built by a small team, and some legacy components (price charts, dense data tables) may not yet meet every success criterion.
